Privacy
Your data is not raw material.
This page explains the boundary between website account data and local Mac app data.

What the website collects
When you create an account, we keep your email, optional display name, account language, subscription details, session history, and aggregate Managed usage. The account portal does not store Mac app conversations or Project files.
Conversations and files
The Mac app stores conversations and projects locally by default. When you use Managed, a request passes through for model processing without conversation text entering service logs. Only file excerpts needed for the answer may be sent.
BYOK keys
Your personal AI-provider keys stay in Keychain on your device. The website does not upload them to your Dleel account, and the app sends them only to the provider you chose.
Billing
Payment happens on a page hosted by the billing provider. Dleel receives subscription status, a customer reference, and events needed to operate the plan, but not your full card number.
Security and retention
The website session uses protected cookies and does not put tokens in browser storage. We keep account data while the account exists and retain security or billing records as legally and operationally required.
Your choices
You can revoke sessions, manage a subscription, or delete the account from the Account page. Server-account deletion does not remove local Mac data; delete that separately from the app settings.
